Our client is a foreign-invested property developer of 1700 staffs. They built townhouses, detached single houses, and condominiums in big cities in Vietnam including Hai Phong, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh cities. They are now hiring Sales Supervisor, Sales Representative, Finance Officer, Finance Supervisor, Site Engineer, Site Architect, Office Engineer, Purchaser and Electrical Foreman for their project in Hai Phong city. Below is the detailed job description for the Site Architect for your consideration.

Position : Senior Architecture
Lines of reporting : Project Manager
Location : Hai Phong

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Take Care of all the Phase involved in architecture including planning, scheduling:
- Deliver projects on time as scheduled and as per budget
- Design the project to have the latest shop drawing or master plan and any project document timely
- Facilitate and/or Coordinate with subcontractors or officials for project construction as to reach the target plan
- Inspect Quality Control
- Plan and monitor cost, resource and time to meet budget and timeline
- Monitor and adjust budget for any additional or decreased tasks
 Develop and improve new product to appropriate each project

Expected outcome:

- Customer Satisfaction
- Effective cost control (planned costing vs actual costing)
- Add value in Product and Decrease Cost

Qualifications/Experience:

 Bachelor degree, major in Architecture
 At least 5 years working experience with license/certificates on related field
 English language is a must
 Excellent Computer Literacy (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Ms. Project)
 Good with Technical drawings, construction technical knowledge, architect’s duties during design audit and construction site visits
