Our client is a foreign-invested real estate developer whose mission is to bring different experience in lifestyle to Vietnamese elite class. They aim to acquire leaderships in home design concepts and product quality by providing homes with decent and modern manner to Vietnamese citizens.
Due to the continued expansion of the business, our client is looking for a highly qualified candidate for the post of PROJECT MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR with the detailed job description as below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for meeting the objectives of the PM Dept. The responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing a project team of 04 Senior Managers, 05 Project Managers and project executives
- Liaising with government authorities and agencies to secure all approvals required for the implementation of the project.
- Administering contracts; Supervising contractors & consultants to ensure proper execution of the Company’s township project.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Science in either Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in directly involving in project execution, from the start until completion of the construction and handover of a township / new urban area or several resorts and high-rise buildings in Vietnam as Project or Site Manager/Construction Director.
- Familiar with multinational working environment.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in project execution and management.
- Motivated and talented individual who is able to effectively communicate in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong leadership and management skills. Systematic & logic thinking; Detail focus.
- 40 – 45 aged
